Heather Tinguely currently works as a Global Program Manager on the Staffing Capabilities Team at Microsoft with responsibility for infusing all aspects of Microsoft’s candidate identification, outreach and engagement strategy with Web 2.0 innovation. Prior to her current role, Heather employed these technologies to support multiple businesses across the company and around the world. During her time at Microsoft she has become a mentor and valued advisor on the use of social networking platforms and tools to engage the best quality talent for the company. She will now be sharing her knowledge more broadly across Microsoft Staffing, both in the US and internationally, in this newly created position. In her current role, she will be managing recruiting strategies and user education for a newly employed community platform. She is also a sought after speaker on sourcing related topics including prospect networking, engaging passive talent pools and the use of the newest technology in recruiting programs.

Heather has 10 years of providing strategic talent acquisition consulting and services to leading companies in the technology industry including Microsoft Corporation, Inovis, S1 Corporation and Pivotal. Heather graduated with a BS in Political Science from Carleton College and lives in the Atlanta area.
