Heather is a Program Manager on the Global Talent Labs Team at Microsoft with responsibility for infusing all aspects of Microsofts candidate identification, outreach and engagement strategy with social media innovation. Her passion is understanding the ways in which social media shapes how we communicate our ideas, find/share information, trust, align with others, define ourselves (within communities) and most importantly, innovate.
Heather has 12 years of providing strategic talent acquisition services to leading companies in the technology industry including Microsoft Corporation, Inovis, S1 Corporation and Pivotal. Heather graduated with a BS in Political Science from Carleton College and lives in the Atlanta area.
