With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Sourcing and Recruiting, Kelly serves as a Sourcing Researcher and Trainer with AIRS. Starting her career as an HR Generalist in the healthcare field, Kelly then moved on to the Telecom and Defense industries in subsequent roles as Recruiter and Sourcer.

A long time fan of AIRS, Kelly joined the company in 2008 as a Sourcing Researcher and is a significant contributor to the course development process. Kelly also writes and edits the AIRS Sourcing Report, a free monthly resource of sourcing techniques and tips and is a featured contributor to the highly regarded talent management blog, Fistful of Talent. Social Media is a passion of Kelly’s and she manages several of AIRS online networking communities including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Kelly is also regularly featured at national industry conferences, webinars and media.

Kelly is a member of SHRM and received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Connecticut State University.
