KODA.us brings self-expression and job recruiting together in a space shared by talent, employers, and universities. It’s Social Recruiting incarnated; a site where people and companies can vet each other with deeper context. Job boards don’t provide this insight, and social networks are not designed to be recruiting vehicles that will replace job boards. KODA bridges the gap; it helps corporate recruiters present opportunities to a pool of focused talent alongside information that can help individuals assess whether they would be a good fit.
At the same time, the technology eliminates the need for companies to manage job postings on more than just their own website because it automatically publishes job summaries on KODA. All applicants are sent to apply through employers’ own Applicant Tracking System. KODA launched this summer and is already working with over 400 companies.
