1990- Decided not to become a starving artist, moved to Minneapolis to attend the U of MN to study computer science.
1991 – Saw the internet for the first time at the Human Factors Research Lab.
1991-1993: Started fixing computers on campus to pay for school
1994: Started The Geek Squad, with $200
2000: Expanded Geek Squad to LA, Sf, and Chicago (50 Agents)
2002: Acquired Best Buy (5000 Agents)
2004: Expanded Geek Squad (10,000 Agents)
Today: 24,000 Agents in US, Canada, Mexico, China, UK, Spain, Turkey.
Goal: Complete Global Domination (of the technology support services market)
