The founder of Exaqueo, she challenges startup and high growth organizations to rethink the way they find, hire, and manage talent and talent strategies. She is also the head of talent strategy for Evviva Brands, a specialized brand consultancy focused on extending the master brand into the employment space.

She has worked inside some of the most renowned global brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott International, and Arthur Andersen. Most importantly, she has been recognized for the results of her work. An expert in social recruiting, she has been studying social media and its impact since the early 2000s. She has been blogging for 10+ years and microblogging for 4+. She’s the author of two books, has an MBA from Vanderbilt, an MA in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, and a BA from Virginia Tech.
