In just a few weeks we’ll be converging on the Googleplex to engage in one of the most important dialogues around recruiting today and in the future.  The influence social media and networking is having on the way we work, learn, connect and recruit is profound.  But, this is only the beginning!  Social Recruiting is a game changer.  Some things will not change.  Important elements like employment brand messaging, strong candidate relations, and effective processes will continue to be critical to the foundation of any great talent strategy.  What will change is that Social Recruiting has the potential to either enhance these elements or dilute them while the world watches and engages in a conversation around your company – the stakes are definitely higher!
