Johns current focus is building Global Talent Pipelines with an emphasis on utilizing Social media and advanced sourcing strategies to enable Microsoft to source the best talent, engage in social media while building and maximizing ROI models. Previous to his current role, John managed Staffing for the Entertainment and Devices Division. John has been with Microsoft for 6+ years. Previous to Microsoft his career was focused in Agency recruiting with a focus on Technology in the Seattle area. John has built several businesses in the Entertainment division from the ground up while focusing on emerging trends in recruitment like web 2.0 and the development of Talent Communities.
